Get ready for a new food scene, Cape Town. On June 7, the GOODFood will officially open its doors. This unique food hall will offer locals a stylishly-designed dining experience serving up a selection of breakfast, lunch, dinner and after-work drinks in the heart of Woodstock.

It will feature a GOODBar, GOODCoffee, and a minimally designed GOODFood venue which allows visitors to savour everything from confectionaries and breakfast bowls to vegan curries.

GOODFood will be more than a food market, it is expected to be a hub of all things foodie, bringing together amazing vendors for the first time. And for Cape Town’s environmentally conscious, it will include a zero-waste grocery store.

GOODFood introduces:

– Vagabond Kitchens
– Woodlands Eatery Express
– Salushi Express
– No Fixed Address
– Truck Norris
– Gourmet Grubb
– Woodstock Waffles
– Prashad Cafe
– GOODBar
– GOODCoffee
– Low Impact Living (Zero Waste Grocer)

Included in the launch of the experiential food hall is the GOODBar, providing a (literal) platform to showcase exceptional makers in the beverage industry.

“Each drink is assembled with attention to detail; each ingredient being present and noticeable,” says Angelique Smith, Head of Food and Beverage Operations. As appreciators of the process, GOOD were present in curating the ingredients, quality, education and innovation of the menu.

GOODCoffee is a collaboration with Rosetta Roastery and Nuude Studio (Kira Le Pine Williams of BeetBox), which provides an honest and well thought-out execution of coffee, cold-pressed juices, and smoothies.

GOODFood sits inside GOODWoodstock, a modern multi-layered business that works towards ‘doing good’ through business. Made up of the layers — GOODWork, GOODFood, GOODBalance and the GOODStore — GOOD strives to consider the environment, what sustainable business practices looks like, its impact on people and communities and what it means to live a conscious life.
